Each Lyman Custom Shop guitar is hand made by our five man team here in the Upstate of South Carolina. We use the finest tone woods and materials available to build the guitar of your dreams at an affordable price. Each part of the build process is meticulously done to ensure the final product reaches our quality standard.
The CS- features a one piece Swamp Ash body which allows the body to have the proper sustain and resonance while maintaining a feather light weight. These guitars are hand-stained which allows the beautiful grain and scarring of the Swamp Ash to show through. This guitar features our new Enhanced Satin finish, which is a thin layer of lacquer that is sanded down to almost a bare wood feel all while protecting the guitar and keeping the color true to its original state. To top it all off this guitar is equipped with a set of hand wound Mojotone '59 Strat Clone pickups that truly set this guitar over the top.
